Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Local clients can choose to pick up from our Los Angeles Home Studio by appointment only. Unless requested to be crated, local furniture orders will be blanket wrapped and delivered via courier to avoid wasting packaging material. We happily ship our products across the world. Excluding our bed frames, all of our furniture (if not locally picked up or delivered), ships out crated and fully assembled. Each piece is fragile, heavy and takes up a lot of physical space, please take this into consideration when planning for installation. Please ensure our furniture will fit into any service elevators or be able to turn stair corners etc. Shipping rates are based off of standard door to door service. Please inquire if you need debris removal, inside delivery, if there are stairs, and if you need your bed frame assembled. Please note, these services will have an additional cost to our standard shipping rates. Please reach out immediately if a shipment arrives damaged so we can file a claim immediately. When receiving an RA shipping fees and costs are non-refundable.

Studio Pick Up

We will gladly arrange studio pick-ups or local messenger service upon appointment. Please email inquire@earl-home.com if interested in this type of delivery method and we can arrange accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final as we make each item to order. Please note our furniture is all solid wood construction. Due to the organic nature of wood no two pieces will be the same. Some variation in tone, grain, color, and finish may be different than the images shown on our site. These are not defects, this is the merely an indication that your piece was made with organic materials, by the hands of other humans just for you.

If your product arrives damaged please contact us to file a claim via email: inquire@earl-home.com

Please contact us immediately after receiving any damaged product, email inquire@earl-home.com with images and a description of your claim.

If a return is approved it will incur a 20-30% re-stocking fee depending on the RA.
